Lekki Gardens Pledges Support To Survivors Of Building Collapse


The Development and Welfare team visited survivors of the building collapse at the General Hospital

Real estate company, Lekki Gardens & Homes, has stated that they have plans to cater to the needs of every family affected by the building collapse which occurred on Tuesday, 8th of March, 2016.

They made this revelation when the company visited survivors on admission at the General Hospital.

Representing Lekki Gardens, the Development and Welfare team of the company confirmed that the team would remain on ground till the last victim was fit to be discharged and reunited with his family.

The team promised to support each family while awaiting Lagos State government’s conclusion of the process and compilation of statutory autopsy report that would determine identification of the deceased and expedite engagements with the bereaved.


In a statement released by the company, where it was confirmed that only 2 of the 12 survivors are currently receiving medical care, Lekki Gardens sympathized with the victims thus: “Once again, Lekki Gardens & Homes, sympathizes with the bereaved families and the injured, also re-affirms its commitment to the premium placed on lives and in every aspect of their business dealings.”
