Wickedness....A Lady burnt his small Nephew's hand, she accused him of Stealing Her Money

A woman in Lagos burnt his little nephew's hand, she accused him of stealing her money. This is real wickedness.... The torture is too much..... It is not advisable for a parent to allow his or her child with to live with an outsider. This woman ought to be punished for this wicked act.
