Lekan Shonde Who Allegedly Beat His Wife To Death Has Been Arrested By The Police

Lekan Shonde, the man who allegedly beat his wife to death last week who has been on the run since then has been arrested by Officers of the Rapid Response Squad in Lagos.

Lekan who spoke to PUNCH Metro from hiding denied that he killed his wife. He concluded by saying that he is in Lagos and he can be in Lagos for the next 30 years without being found. :click here to read the story                                                                                                         

He was arrested at his hideout in Ikeja, Lagos state. The RRS command tracked him to a location in Ikeja on Saturday and then mobilized surveillance team to monitor the residence.                                                                                                                                                      The Rapid Response Squad confirmed his arrest in a tweet this afternoon.
